退款和退货策略
1. Scope
This policy applies to all Cisco equipment purchased through our company, including but not limited to routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and related accessories.
2. Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- Product Condition: The equipment and all accessories (e.g., cables, manuals, packaging) must remain in their original condition, undamaged, and with no significant signs of use.
- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Packaging Requirements: Returned equipment must be in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized products or activated software licenses.
- Products damaged due to human error (e.g., water damage, drops, unauthorized disassembly).
- Products not purchased through authorized channels.
3. Refund Policy
- Full Refund: A full refund will be provided for unused products that meet the return conditions.
- Partial Refund: For products with minor signs of use or missing accessories, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the return is confirmed and will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Return Process
- Request a Return
- Contact our customer service team (provide the purchase order number and product serial number) to submit a return request.
- Return Approval
- Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Return Shipment
- Ship the product to the designated return address and include the RMA number. Shipping fees are handled as follows:
- For Quality Issues: Shipping costs will be covered by us.
- For Non-Quality Issues: Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

- Inspection and Refund
- Once the returned product is received and confirmed to meet return conditions, the refund process will begin.
5. Product Replacement Policy
For equipment with non-human-caused quality issues, you may request a replacement:
- Replacement Window: Requests must be made within 90 days of purchase.
- Replacement Processing: The replacement product will be shipped within 7 business days after the issue is confirmed.
- Additional Notes: Replacement products must be of the same model as the original. If the original model is out of stock, a product of equivalent value will be provided.
6. Special Notes
- Software and Licenses: Software and licenses cannot be returned once activated. Please confirm the product’s suitability before purchasing.
- Bulk Purchases: For enterprise clients with bulk purchase orders, refund and return policies may be subject to contractual terms.
